Extra: Baby draft

Now a Succubus may be able to have the child of almost any half in existence, but there has always been a major drawback from that. You see besides the rare hybrids that Succubi have, every child a succubus has with a different halfs species or human will be that of the father's species. For example, if a Succubus has a kid with a human that child will be a human, or if a Succubus has a child with a Spitaur that child has a 99999 out 100000 chance of being a Spitaur the 1 out of 100000 being the rare hybrid. However, Origin Succubi are an exception because they are the only species in the Succubi family that can also have a 100% chance of having a Origin Succubus with a human (if you wanna know why go here fav.me/d656xic . The only way that every kind of Succubus (excluding the Origin Succubus) can have a Child of their species is to have a child with an Incubus (The only male version of Succubi that has no variations or subspecies) which has a 10% chance of that child being an Incubus. Because the Incubus is the only way to keep their species going and they have a low rate of being born the Succbi's government long ago took responsibility for ensuring that enough Succubi of each Subspecies and variation is born every year. First the government  legally assigns all Incubi born to be raised as baby makers (simply put there job is to fly around the world to assigned appointments to impregnated the Succubus they are assigned to, now when the Incubus becomes too old to preform their job, or is injured don't worry, they are also allowed to study a secondary career in their free time so when they have to retire they can still have a job). There are dozens of treaties based around protecting the Incubi so that they are not attacked when they have to travel to foreign countries (and if you're curious, yes the Incubi also have to breed with the feral Succubi as well, and there's a treaty for that too). Every year The Succubi population management office determines how many Succubi of each variation and subspecies have to be born within the year. The Succubi who want to have children go to a registration office to set up an appointment with an Incubus. However, when the calendar hits September and that particular amount of Succubi needs to be born haven't been reached yet the government starts to draft random Succubi to be the baby mommas of the remaining babies that need to be born. At the age of 18 a Succubus must register for this draft, and when they are drafted they receive a letter ahead of time telling them when the appointment is and that they must be home around the time of the appointment or they will be issued a fine for missing the appointment and are given another appointment with the Incubus. Any Succubus who is drafted to have the child will be taken care of by the government until the child is born, and when the child is born the mother has the option to either keep the child or the government can take the child and raise it (and since the Succubi population is 98% female you can believe me when I say those children and those drafted Succubi are taken care of). When the amount of children they need born is reached, no more Succubi can register for an appointment until next year. However, there is absolutely no legal punishment for any extra Succubi that are born.
